ML Engineer

Design and improve our AI matching engine, resume optimization models, and application prep intelligence. Work with real user data to push match quality beyond 50% and build feedback loops that get smarter over time.
Product Designer

Own the end-to-end user experience — from onboarding flows to the swipe-to-apply interface. You'll work directly with engineering and talk to users weekly. We need someone who thinks in systems, not just screens.
